Provisional Shortlist and General Merit List for applicants who have applied for the post of Class-IV in Revenue Department
Whereas, Office of the Financial Commissioner Revenue, J&K has advertised 21 posts of Class IV employees [State Cadre] in the Revenue Department vide Notification No. FC(Adm) 01/2015 dated 27/07/2015 issued under endorsement No. FC(NG-Misc)1221-II/2015 dated 27/07/2015. Whereas, 10,397 applications were received by this office in response to the above referred Advertisement Notice within the stipulated period.
Whereas, in partial modification of Govt. Order No.l92-Rev(NG)of 2017 dated 03.08.2017, the Selection Committee was re-constituted vide Government Order No. 269-Rev (NG) of 2017 dated 27/11/2017 under the Chairmanship of Jt. Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K followed by Corrigendum/Addendum issued under endorsement No. Rev/NG/264/2017 dated 10.01.2018 for making selection against these Class-IV posts (State Cadre) of Revenue Department.
Whereas, after scrutinizing of these applications by this office as per the qualification/criteria prescribed in the Advertisement Notice dated 27/07/2015, a Provisional Shortlist has been prepared on pro rata basis of 1:5 ratio comprising 90 and 10 points for marks obtained in 10th and 12th classes, respectively.
Whereas, the list of provisionally Shortlisted candidates prepared by this office is enclosed as Annexure "A" to this Notice for information of general public and the applicants who have applied for the same post in pursuance of the Advertisement Notice referred above.
Whereas, the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates for the post of Class-IV so prepared by this office is also available on our official website www.Jkfcr.nic.in for information of general public and objections, if any.
In view of the above, it is to inform that if anybody has any objection in this regard, he/she shall submit the same to the Additional Commissioner (Central) with Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K [Member-Secretary of the Selection Committee] within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours. After the expiry of the prescribed period, the objections shall not be entertained by the Committee constituted for the purpose. The date for interview shall be notified shortly after the expiry of objection period.
