Important Instructions 

1.        Only online submission of forms facility should be used.

2.       Once the form is submitted online, a print out of that should be taken.

3.       The printout will contain 3 pages including 1 page of pay in slip in triplicate one of J&k Bank.

4.      The pay in slip in triplicate should be used for submission of Fee in any of finacle branch of JK Bank.

5.       Fee of Rs. 750/= should be deposited in any of the finacle branch of the J&K Bank
