Applications bn devised format are invited from the eligible candidates of J & K State for filling of the 02 Posts of Staff Nurse and 01 post of FMPHW on contract basis under NHM scheme in J & K for Government G.B Panth/Children Hospital Srinagar as per the details given below:-

The applicants are advised to enclose with their application format self attested copies of under mentioned documents/certificates:-
Requisite Qualification Certificate/Documents of the relevant post which should be supported with the marks sheets of all the exams, as mentioned in the devised format in the respective eligibility column.
Date of Birth Certificate.
Permanent Resident Certificate. ( PRC ).
Experience Certificate (If any ) and,
Other required documents.
Age
Not more than ( 37 ) years of age as on the date of issuance of the notice.

The applicants shall have to appear before the constituted selection committee for interview at Government Medical College Srinagar along with all original testimonials and other related documents on the date which will be notified separately.
