The 86-km Bandipora-Gurez road has been closed for traffic movement on Friday after light snowfall and slippery condition on Razdan Top.
An official said that traffic has been suspended "as a precautionary measure" due to light snowfall amd slippery road condition on Razdan Top.
Pertinently, this is only road which connects Gurez with other parts of the state.
However, due to heavy snowfall in Gurez during winter season, the area remains cut off from rest of the state for almost four months.
