ANANTNAG, DECEMBER 10:
Sr. Superintendent of Police Anantnag Altaf Ahmed Khan today made a visit to the Police establishments alongside National Highway to take stock of the Police Help Desks and disaster preparedness in case of any eventuality.
The visit was made in the backdrop of the heavy snowfall forecasting by MET Department.
SSP also visited Saddar Police Station Anantnag and CRPF Battalions Headquarters conducted meetings of the concerned officers at respective locations and directed all the officers to remain in the state of preparedness.
Later, SSP along with DC Anantnag Mohd Younis also visited the Police Control Room and the Joint Control Room established in District Police Lines Anantnag and took stock of Control Room preparedness.
