Applications on the prescribed format are invited from (Not in Service/Non-PSC) eligible candidates from the permanent Residents of J&K State for the following Faculty posts {Discipline specified against each) on Academic Arrangement , for a period of one year, which shall be extendable up to maximum for a period of six years (one year at a time subject to better performance, conduct and prescribed age limit which shall not exceed more than (65) years)

(04) Research Publications indexed in National Journals accepted/published as first/second author, out of which minimum two research publications must have been published during the tenure of the Associate Professor.

DM (Medical Oncology)/MD Medicine/Radio Therapy with DNB (Medical Oncology) duly recognized by Medical Council of India wrth:-
a. Two years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Govt. Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu and;
b. (02) Research Publications indexed in National Journals accepted/published as first/second author, during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.
Assistant
Professor
DM (Medical Oncology)/MD Medicine/Radio Therapy with DNB (Medical Oncology) duly recognized by Medical Council of India with:-
1. Two years teaching experience as Lecturer in Govt. Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu and;
2. With minimum of (01) Research Publications indexed in National Journals accepted/published as first/second author, during the tenure of the Lecturer.
Lecturer
DM (Medical Oncology)/MD Medicine/Radio Therapy with DNB (Medical Oncology) duly recognized by Medical Council of India:
Provided that preference will be given to those having teaching experience in any Government Medical College recognized bv Medical Council of India.
02.Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Associate
Professor
MD Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/MD Medicine or Surgery or Orthopaedics with Diploma in Physical Medical and Rehabilitation, MS Surgery or MS Orthopaedics with diploma in PMR recognized by Medical Council of India, with:-
e. With two years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Govt. Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu and;
f. With (02) Research Publications indexed in National Journals accepted/published as first/second author, during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.
Lecturer
MD Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/MD Medicine or Surgery or Orthopaedics with Diploma in Physical Medical and Rehabilitation, MS Surgery or MS Orthopaedics with diploma in PMR recognized by Medical-Council of India:
Provided that preference will be given to those having teaching experience in any Government Medical College recognized bv Medical Council of India.

The applicants shall have to appear before the constituted Selection Committee for interview at Government Medical College, Srinagar along with all original testimonials and other related documents on the date which will be notified separately.
Age Limit :
The applicant for the post should not be of more than (63) years of age as on the date of issuance of the notice.
