Jkssb has ignored this time those having qualification Graduation.

Jkssb has announced Recruitment criteria for Accounts assistant jobs in various Panchayats in Rural development. Those candidates are eligible having Graduation with 50% Mark's.

Sub:-Revised Syllabus for the posts of Accounts Assistant in Panchayat (Rural 

Development & PR Department). 

The Board has received the posts of Accounts Assistant in Panchayat (Rural 

Development & PR Department) which shall be advertised in due course. Through the 

medium of this notice, the revised syllabus for the posts of Accounts Assistant is hereby 

notified for the information of all the concerned and is enclosed as Annexure “A”. 

It is further notified for the information of candidates that the qualification 

prescribed for the said post is as under:- 

“Graduation in any stream from any recognized University with 

a minimum of 50% marks for open merit and 45% marks for 

reserved categories” 

The candidates are also intimated that there shall be negative marking for wrong 

answer (-0.25 for each wrong answer) attempted in the examination. 

Moreover, the syllabus which was earlier issued vide this office endorsement no 

SSB/Secy/Sel/2020/2617-21 dated 23.04.2020 may be treated as withdrawn 

abinitio.

Jkssb is doing  injustice with those candidates having less percentage of Mark's but they can qualify written exam. 

There are many students who are post graduate but have less percentage in Graduation and are still unemployed. What about those candidates having Post Graduation in rural development and also one Computer  diploma.

Exam Should be for all candidates having graduation. 

Why jkssb made changes in eligible criteria. Why jkssb removed the first notification in which eligibility was Graduate having economic, b.com, Computer and statistics. 

Many candidates wait for this notification from years and now jkssb has disappointed them with this new notification. 

All candidates are now demanding that eligibility should be  changed and all should be given opportunity for written examination.

Unemployment is increasing day by day in Jammu and Kashmir.

Our request is to our #Jkssbofficials and to our #Jkgoverment please save our future and made the necessary changes.
