Notification No.22/COVID-19/DMHO/2020 Dated: 28-06-2020
Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill up certain
Medical Officers and paramedical posts temporarily for a year period of (01) year (or)
till the actual need ceases on contract basis under NHM for covid-19 under the control
of the DM&HO, Hyderabad. Details are as follows:-
1. EPIDEMIOLOGIST : 04 Posts
2. MEDICAL OFFICER : 69 Posts
3. STAFF NURSE : 88 posts
4. LAB TECHNICIAN : 59 posts
5. PHARMACISTS : 05 posts
6. MPHA(F)/ANMs : 284 posts
All the applicants are hereby directed to submit their applications along with
necessary scanned documents though the following online portal addresses from
28.06.2020. Last date for submission of applications 02.07.2020 before 5.00 pm.
(GUIDELINES FOR RECRUITMENT AND INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES)
PARA-1
Online Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to
the posts Epidemiologist, Medical Officers and Para Medical Staff sanctioned under
National Urban Health Mission on contract basis. The contract is initially for a
period of (01) year (or) till the actual need ceases .
Age :
The minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 34 years as per G.O.Ms. No.
190, Gen. Admin (Services-A) Dept; Dt: 08.08.2017 and shall be reckoned as on
01-07-2020 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age
limit as per rules:
i) For SCs, STs & BCs 5 (Five) years
ii) For ex-servicemen 3 (three) years in addition to the length of service in
armed forces.
iii) Disabled persons 10 (ten) years

PARA-3: METHOD OF RECRUITMENT
1. Recruitment shall be done by the District Selection committee for the District
Health Society. The District Selection committee shall consist of the
following members:
a) District Collector - Chairman
b) DM&HO - Member-convener
c) Dy. Director, Social Welfare - Member
d) DCHS - Member
e) Any other member the chairman
Wishes to include - DRO, Hyderabad District - Member
Selections will be done based on the following criteria.
a. Total marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the marks
obtained in qualifying examinations and 10 marks will be awarded for the age
b. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria
and displayed on website for transparency and also for calling objections
c. Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the
rule of reservations and presidential order.
PARA-4: RULE OF RESERVATION
I. Rules of reservation in respect of Community, Disability, Ex-service-
men/Women shall be strictly observed as per the A.P State and
Subordinate Service rules, 1996,(Adopted by Govt. of TS) read with the
relevant specific rules applicable.
II. The rule of reservation of local candidates is applicable as per the
presidential order
III. The vacancies, for the posts mentioned in G.O.Ms. No. 68, failing in
scheduled areas should be filled exclusively with the local scheduled
tribes.
