Whereas, the Administrative Department vide letter No. Edu-I /827/2018, dated 12/12/2018 together with other
district forwarded the selection list of34 Junior Assistants of District Budgam (OM/HC=22, RBA=07, SC=03, ST=0l
and OSC=0l) issued by J&K Service Selection Board Jammu, vide letter No. SSB/Secy/Sel/2018/10974-80, dated
16/11/2018;
Whereas, the appointment order of 31 selectees (except those in whose favour recommendation was kept
withheld by J&K Service Selection Board for want of certain clarification) was issued vide order No. 1529-DSEK of
2018, dated 29/12/2018;
Whereas, the recommendation in respect of 03 (three) selectees, in District Budgam, (OM/HC=0l and
RBA=02) out of 34 (thirty four) selectees was kept withheld by the Service Selection Board subject to verification/
production of certain documents before Service Selection Board;
Whereas, withheld recomni.endation in favour of Muzaffar Ahmad Sheikh S/o Gulam Nabi Sheikh Rio
Galwanpora Sebden, figuring at Sr. No. 22/(OM/HC) in District Budgam was released by J&K Service Selection Board
Jammu, vide Jetter No. SSB/Secy/Sel/272/2018/238-40 dated 14/01/2020 conveyed by the Administrative Department
vide letter No. Edu-1/827/2018 dated 25/02/2020 with the condition that the indenting department shall verify the
disability certificate ofthe candidate before issuing appointment order;
Whereas, this office vide letter No. DESK/NT/SSB/570/2018/Bud-Pul/399 dated 14/05/2020 forwarded the
disability certificate of Muzaffar Ahlnad Sheikh S/o Gulam Nabi Sheikh Rio Galwanpora Sebden, District Budgam to
the Chief Medical officer, Budgam, bearing No. 1399 dated 24/03/2018 for verification of its authenticity;
Whereas, the Chief Medical Officer, Budgam vide letter No. CMOB/4941 dated 20/05/2020 authenticated the
genuineness of disability certificate of said selectee;
Now therefore, sanction is hereby accorded to the provisional appointment of below named one (01) candidate
as "Junior Assistant" in District cadre Budgam, in pay level 4 (25500-81100) as admissible under rules.
The appointee shall reportto the Chief Education Officer, concerned for further adjustment within a period of
21 days from the date of issuance of this order and shall be allowed to join only on the production of the following
documents/certificates (in original) to be verified subsequently.
• Character & antecedents certificatefromAdditional Director General ofPolice (CID).
• AllAcademic/Teclmical Qualificatiou certificates.
• Permanent Resident Certificate.
• Category Certificate.
• Disability certificate .
• Age and health certificate.
• Discharge certificatefrom the Institution attending Ilast attended.
• Certificate from District Industries Centre/Employment Exchange to the effect that no loan under self-
employment schemehas been taken.
• Total marks obtained and percentage ofthe selectee in consonance itl merit list authenticatedfrom tle
original certificates.
The appointment ofthe appointee shall further be subject to the following conditions: -
a) That he shall give an undertaking in the shape of affidavit to the effect that:
i. I case adverse report about his/her character and Antecedents is received from the Inspector General of
Police, (CID), J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the Chief Education Offieer, he shall have no
right to claim his/her appointment as Junior Assistant in Education Department and his appointment as
such, shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio. : '
ii. ff, on verification, genuineness ofthe qualification certificates from the concerned issued authority is found
that the same is fakelforged, the claim ofthe appointee for appointment as Junior Assistant shall be deemed
to have been cancelled ab-initio and the legal action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against him.
iii. He will not applyfor transfer in any casefor a period offive years where he has been adjusted/posted
